At Tagomago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log in to your Tagomago account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely cushioned to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, removing any old tracking stickers.

Receive Refund or Credit

Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
